- Encouraging the exchange of information, ideas and techniques related to software quality assurance and productivity improvement in the IT industry.
- Encouraging commitment to and involvement with software quality assurance, especially amongst senior management in the IT industry

- Assisting in the administration of the QAI’s Certified Software Quality Analyst (“CSQA”) and Certified Software Test Engineer (“CSTE”) certification processes;
